Brandstack pulls data from your storefronts and ad platforms into one place. We recommend starting with your primary e-commerce platform, such as Shopify, and then connecting the ad channels that drive traffic to it. This page walks you through the connection process step by step.
1

Go to the Integrations page

From the left sidebar, click Integrations, then choose Add new source.[Screenshot: Integrations page with “Add new source” button highlighted]
2

Pick your platform

Select the platform you want to connect first. We suggest starting with your main storefront, then adding ad platforms afterward.Recommended order:
  1. Shopify (or your primary storefront)
  2. Meta Ads
  3. Google Ads
3

Click Connect and authorize

Click Connect. You will be redirected to the platform’s OAuth sign-in page. Log in with the account that has admin access, review the permissions, and click Allow.
4

Choose accounts

After authorization, select the specific accounts, stores, or ad accounts you want Brandstack to access. You can add more later from the same integration page.[Screenshot: Account selection screen with checkboxes for specific ad accounts]
5

Wait for the initial backfill

Brandstack will start an initial backfill to import historical data. This usually completes within a few minutes, although large ad accounts may take up to an hour. You will see a status indicator on the Integrations page.
Connecting both Meta Ads and Google Ads unlocks blended ROAS in your dashboard, so you can see true return on ad spend across channels in one number.

What happens next

Once the backfill finishes, your data appears in the Brandstack dashboard. Repeat the steps above for each additional platform you want to connect. For platform-specific details, visit Integrations overview.
