Troubleshooting
AWB not found
AWB not found
The courier has not yet picked up the shipment, so the AWB data is not available in their system. Wait until the first scan event occurs, then recheck.
RTO not marked
RTO not marked
Some couriers delay RTO status updates in their API. If a return is in progress but RTO is not reflected in Brandstack, verify the courier portal and allow a few hours for the status to propagate.
Cost missing
Cost missing
Not all couriers expose cost via API. If cost data is missing, upload your rate card in Settings so Brandstack can calculate and display estimated courier charges.
