- Commissions — commission deductions and net amounts per order
- Returns — return requests, reasons, and refund status
- Style-level performance — sales, inventory, and performance metrics by style ID

3
Request PPMP API access
Contact your Myntra category manager to request API credentials for the PPMP integration. Myntra will provide an API key and secret tied to your brand.
4
Paste credentials into Brandstack
Once you receive your credentials, return to Brandstack and enter the API key and secret in the Myntra connection form. Click Validate to confirm access.
5
Select your brand code
Choose the brand code associated with your Myntra account from the dropdown. If the code is not listed, verify that your credentials include access to that brand.
6
Run the backfill
Brandstack starts importing your historical PPMP data. The backfill duration depends on your order history and style catalog size.
Troubleshooting
PPMP access pending
PPMP access pending
If you do not yet have API credentials, the status in Brandstack shows as pending. Reach out to your Myntra category manager to request PPMP API access and credentials for your brand. There is no self-service option to generate these credentials.
Missing commissions
Missing commissions
If commission data appears incomplete, confirm that the commission report period has closed in Myntra. Commissions are often finalized after order delivery and return windows expire. Reconnecting the integration can also refresh the latest commission data.
Style ID mismatch
Style ID mismatch
If style-level metrics do not match what you see in Myntra, verify that the brand code selected in Brandstack matches the brand whose styles you are checking. Mismatched brand codes or outdated style IDs can cause discrepancies.
